Yeahh for me!! Yipee I won day 47 of Jason Thompson´s 365 days of manga contest, for those that don´t know what that is... Well go to Suvudu.com and find out for yourselves!! Nah, just kidding, basically since Jason has his house so full of manga (He did this enormous book of manga reviews, "Manga: the complete guide" and is also publishing a manga called King of RPGs which I´ll buy ASAP) he is giving away 5 free manga to whomever participates in the sweepstake, and 5 extra manga if you add the photo of the mangas that were sent to you (Sweet, I know )

The mangas I won were Slam Dunk volume 1-5

(From the now defunct Raijin comics) and for those that don´t know what SLAM DUNK is right of the bat... Well, sigh... Wooh... Really, I mean c´mon the only ones that might read this are the folks at the JUMP community and I think you must know of SLAM DUNK, and if you don´t well then go read it!!!

So yeah, and well, as If I hadn´t say so enough times... Jason if you are reading this thanks a TON for this, I had forgotten how much enjoyable manga can be, I recall how much fun I had back when I read the first "Eyy fat-so when will I get to enter the court?" (Obviously referring to Coach Anzai) or "I am a genius" LOL those were funny times (And yeah, maybe those weren´t the exact same lines, but well you get it ;D)

Great, yup! And well, I don´t want to be picky but recently I got some of Osamu Tezuka´s books, with all the hype of the Astroboy movie (Which I have yet to see.. along with Inglorious Bastards) so yeah, Jason if you are reading this and if isn´t too much of a nuisance could you Pimp-my-collection A la Tezuka? (AkA I could really use some Tezuka manga :) just no Astroboy or Ode to Kirhito, everything else would be fine, and if I am just being too picky then everything except for yaoi would be fine hehe)

Here some different editions of SLAM DUNK, first Raijin Comics, then VIZ Media and finally Shueisha DELUXE COMICS edition... And I know I got Mundo Vid´s (Mexico) edition somewhere but I couldn´t find it XP
BTW, am I the only one who thinks that the ball in SLAM DUNK´s logo in Viz Media release looks like is being directly thrown at Sakurai´s you-know-what?? LOL

Recently I have been in the need for some money, and thus I have been looking for ways to obtain it via internet, because "Everything is on the internet" or at least that´s what they say. (Who are "they" anyway? :D)

What I found is amazing, there are sites that pay you for clicking adds.

Bux
Adbux
Adcash
Bux3
Ibux

They pay you like $.01 for each add you click, which seems like nothing, but that´s not counting referrals...

Now, for referral links (If you register via the links I gave you, you´d be my referral links) you´ll obtain what your referral gets, so having active referrals is very good.

 I´ll edit soon.

The free anime newspaper Anican in Japan has announced in a special October 20 issue that Buichi Terasawa's classic science-fiction pulp manga Cobra has a new animation series green-lit for production. The series will mark the 30th anniversary of the manga, which tells the testosterone-driven adventures of a space pirate and his female android partner. Osamu Dezaki (Golgo 13, Black Jack) had previously directed a 1982 movie (released by Urban Vision in English) and television series. Terasawa also created the Goku - Midnight Eye cybernetic detective manga and video series, both of which were release in English.

This makes very likely that Cobra will be re-published as Kanzenban in Japan and will porbably be re-published by Viz... At least I can hope, I haven´t watched Cobra to much but I liked what I watched.
